When will a Restocking item be available?
Restocking items will be available approximately within 1-12 working days. We are not able to provide customers with an exact date.

I need a book URGENTLY. Can I drop by your office tomorrow and collect it?
No you cannot get the book instantly from our office as we do not store any books in the office. All orders will require processing time as stipulated on our Delivery Info and Charges page and payment will need to be done online.
