How to shop?
Shopping at OpenTrolley Bookstore is easy. Please follow the steps described below.
Step 1: Register your free account
To enjoy our great book prices, you need to Register with us. Simply click Register for FREE on the top-right corner of your screen and fill in your particulars. Registration takes less than a minute and once done, you can start shopping at OpenTrolley Bookstore.
Step 2: Browse books
Browse books by searching title/author/ISBN/EAN using the search box located at the top part of every page or click Bestsellers to find our monthly top-selling books. To access all of our book categories, select Browse All Categories. When searching, you can also utilize the book filters on the left-side of every search/category page to find the books you want faster.
Step 3: Add books to shopping cart
To add books to shopping cart, you need to go to the individual book´s page and click the Add to Cart or Buy button. You can add any combination of in-stock/low-stock books into your Shopping Cart and purchase them in one order. Delivery cost is fixed regardless of number of books purchased, so be sure to buy more than one book to reduce delivery cost per book.
For Restocking/Special Order/Preorder titles, you can only buy one title at a time. Combination of Restocking/Special Order/Preorder items is not allowed by our system. So if A is a Restocking item and B is an In-stock item, you must purchase both separately.
Step 4: Checkout and pay
On the shopping cart page, you can enter a discount code to reduce cost of books or even delivery cost. Eligible discount codes vary from time to time; you need to check our discount code page to find out the latest promotions. Enter the code into the code box and click on the Proceed button. The subsequent page will allow you to select your preferred delivery option and review your purchase before paying by your credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Step 5: Check your receipt
Check your email for receipt. If you receive a receipt of your purchase within 24 hours, your purchase if successful. Or else, please contact us with your order information as your order might not be captured by our system. We thank you for shopping with us.
