For customers who wish to save on delivery cost, OpenTrolley allows you to collect your books at our partner store at Plaza Singapura, Orchard Road. Collection time is between 4-7 working days from the date of purchase and cost per order is $0.00.

You will be notified via email once your books are ready for collection. Please collect within 7 days of the notification's date (not date of purchase), otherwise $2 late fee might be imposed. To ensure you receive our notification in a timely manner, please add notification@opentrolley.com into your email's address book.

You (or your representative) will need to have this information with you when collecting:
- Your name as stated below
- The Transaction ID (will be sent to your email)
