Books will be sent via SingPost Registered Article. You can read more about SingPost Registered Article from the next tab. You can use our Detailed Delivery Timeline to roughly predict when you will get your books.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days. Delivery time above is only an estimate. There is a small possibility that books will be delivered 2-3 working days later than indicated above due to handling and processing error. We strongly advise customers to consider buying from physical bookshops when purchasing time-sensitive items such as birthday gifts etc.

During office hour (normally about noon), the postman will deliver the package to your doorstep. If you or your representative are not present, the postman will leave a Delivery Advice (see picture here). The DA can be slipped under the door or placed inside your mailbox.

You will then need to either:
- collect the package from the stipulated post office (normally one that is nearest to you)
- collect the package from your preferred post office by requesting transfer
- or request redelivery (first redelivery is free).
