*IMPORTANT NOTE: Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.

During office hour (normally about noon), the postman will deliver the package to your doorstep. If you or your representative are not present, the postman will leave a Delivery Advice (see picture here). The DA can be slipped under the door or placed inside your mailbox.

You will then need to either:
- collect the package from the stipulated post office (normally one that is nearest to you)
- collect the package from your preferred post office by requesting transfer
- or request redelivery (first redelivery is free).

You will be notified via email once your books are ready for collection. Please collect within 7 days of the notification's date (not date of purchase), otherwise $2 late fee might be imposed. To ensure you receive our notification in a timely manner, please add notification@opentrolley.com into your email's address book.

You (or your representative) will need to have this information with you when collecting:
- Your name as stated below
- The Transaction ID (will be sent to your email)
