Michael Buffalo Smith created Gritz Magazine in 1998, and was editor for thirteen years during which time he became known as "The Ambassador of Southern Rock." He currently writes for universalmusictribe.com, and has written many cover stories, articles, and reviews for magazines including Goldmine and Mojo.
