We have 2 delivery options, all trackable

Option 1: Delivery by Ninja Van

• Two options:
  • Home Delivery: 9am - 10pm on Weekdays (Mon-Fri) and Saturdays, no delivery on Public Holidays
  • Office Delivery: 9am - 10pm on Weekdays (Mon-Fri), no delivery on Saturdays and Public Holidays
• $4.90 per order
• Free delivery with minimum purchase of $60 (valid until 31 Dec 2023)
• Usually delivered between 6-9 working days* for over 10 million books labeled as Available

Option 2: Self-collect at PICK lockers

• $2.49 per order
• Over 700 eligible lockers to choose from
• This is a new option available from 1 Feb 2023 onwards
• Free collection with minimum purchase of $60 (valid until 31 Dec 2023)
• Usually delivered between 6-9 working days* for over 10 million books labeled as Available

Take note:

• Fee is on per order basis, not per book
• For example: you buy 5 books and choose Office Delivery, delivery fee is $4.90
• *Working days are Mondays through Fridays excluding Public Holidays
• Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as working days
• Public Holidays in 2023: http://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/public-holidays
• Delivery is not available to these areas: List of Restricted Areas

URGENT DELIVERY - Can I get books earlier than 6-9 working days?

• We regret that this is strictly not possible
• Books labeled "Available" are usually fulfilled within 9 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances
• We cannot guarantee that we can fulfill within the most optimistic estimate of 6 working days
• To be on the safe side, you would need to assume fulfillment time of 8 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances)
• If you are getting books for someone's birthday or other important events, please ensure to order the books 8 working days before
