There are lockers that are not supported by Ninja Van, and so they cannot be chosen on Checkout page

Estimated fulfillment time for self-collection option is the same as delivery option - currently around 6-9 working days

You will be notified via SMS or WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection

You have 48 hours to collect your order once you received the SMS notification, otherwise your order will be returned to us, and redelivery fee will be applicable
