Is my order successful?

To check if your order is successful:
  • Go to Track Orders page
  • Locate your order and click the order number
  • If payment status = PAID, then payment is successful
  • Your order is being processed

If status is UNPAID although you have made payment, please contact us at customers@opentrolley.com.sg and mention your order number.

 

 

Can I cancel or modify my orders?

  • We regret that goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable even if the books are not delivered or received yet
  • We urge our customers to be certain that they want the books before placing an order with us 

 

 

How can I print receipt?

  • Go to Track Orders page
  • Locate your order and click your order number
  • On order details page, you can click “Print Official Receipt” (this link is placed on the top-right side of the page)

 

 

How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?

Should you receive any items that:

  • You did not order
  • Are damaged or defective
  • Are materially different than described on our website

Please contact us at  customers@opentrolley.com.sg giving us details of your order:

  • Your order number
  • Date you received or collected the book
  • Photos of the book, clearly showing the damage or defect

Important Note

Should you find defective or damaged items, you must inform us within 3 working days after receiving the goods.

 

 

I chose Home/Office delivery option. Can I collect instead?

If your item is not yet dispatched, you may send us a request to change your order’s delivery option.

An order is usually dispatched 5 days after payment date.
