Delivery Matters

 

Can I specify delivery date and/or time?

  • We regret that we cannot instruct our courier to deliver on a specific date and/or time
  • Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days (for books labeled "Available")
  • On dispatch date:
    • You will get email notification and tracking number
    • Your order will be surrendered to local courier
  • Courier will make first delivery attempt within 2 working days from dispatch date

 

 

What time will delivery take place?

Delivery takes place between 9am to 10pm.

If delivery timing is very important to you, please consider choosing locker collection option (90+ locations islandwide and opens 24 hours every day).

 

 

Can I change my delivery address?

An order will usually be dispatched (surrendered to courier) 5 days after date of payment date.

So long your order is not yet dispatched, you can request change of address or delivery method by sending us an email to customers@opentrolley.com.sg.

For verification purpose, request must be sent from email account used to place the order.

 

 

To which areas do you not deliver to?

Please check No-Go Zones to find areas we are not delivering to.

If you area is not covered by our delivery service, you may:

  • Choose locker collection
  • Send to an alternative address that is covered by our delivery service

If your order's delivery address is one of the restricted areas listed in the document, we would require you to provide with an alternative address or to self-collect your order.

 

 

I am sending my order to an office address. Will you deliver during weekends?

If you have chosen Office Delivery, we will not send your books during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays.

Delivery will be scheduled during weekdays instead (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays).

 

 

I was home but courier did not deliver

Due to unpredictable delivery schedules, courier may not always deliver within the agreed date and time.

We seek your patience as they re-schedule delivery to another day. 

 

 

I was not around when courier attempted delivery
